1. All prices are flat rate (postage doesn't increase with additional items).
2. Prices are in USD (United States Dollar). To convert to your local currency use the following website www.xe.com
3. Orders including Kimonos/Gis are shipped via express post. Larger orders i.e. 10+ items may also be shipped express at no additional cost.
4. Tracking is included for all countries listed in the above table.
5. Limited tracking is available for the following countries
   • Norway
   • Finland
   • Russia
   • Ukraine
   • Japan

If your country is not listed it still may be available in our database. Please refer to countries within similar regions to determine shipping price i.e. Norway has the same price as Denmark. Those that are not listed above will only have tracking when utilizing the express service. If your country does not appear when you reach the checkout please contact us so we can add it to the list.

My item has gone missing or hasn't arrived

Don't panic it may take a few weeks depending on where you are located. Check that your purchase isn't a pre-order or that we haven't contacted you regarding availability. If your item has managed to get lost in the mail we can ship it again or provide a refund. Please note that in the instance that a refund or replacement item is sent a reasonable amount of time must have already passed.
